The brief
A handful of listing photos shows rooms, not a home. Buyers should know a house before the viewing: how the rooms connect, how the light falls, how big the garden really is and where the plot sits.
Our approach
We shot each house as a guided walkthrough. The presenter leads from the driveway through every floor into the garden, calm camera moves link the rooms, and drone flights show the plot and the neighbourhood. The same shoot delivered 4K photos for the listing, property portals and social media.
The result
Two house tours of about four minutes each, used by the agency on YouTube, in listings and on Instagram, plus a photo set per property. People who book a viewing already know the house and are genuinely interested.
