The package for beach clubs, hotels, restaurants and villas in Ibiza and Formentera. We plan with you over the winter, shoot before the opening and deliver reels, photos and ads for May and June. You start the season with everything ready, instead of shooting in the middle of service.

We set the scope and fixed price in a free 20-minute call, to fit your business. We plan the shoot days before Easter and before the April openings over the winter, because we fly to the island for them.
Are you on site in Ibiza?
Yes, regularly and several times each season, because we look after regular clients there. We schedule shoots and meetings on the island into those weeks. Everything else runs by call from our studio in Barcelona.
Do you also work in Formentera?
Yes. Formentera is half an hour from Ibiza by ferry, so we fit shoots and meetings there into our weeks in Ibiza. Barcelona, and Mallorca with Menorca, have pages of their own.
Do you only make films, or marketing and websites too?
Marketing and websites too: film and photo, social media, ads, branding and websites, with one point of contact for everything. For Vanilla Beach, the brand film, the website and social media all come from us.
When should we start for next season?
Ideally in autumn or winter. A new website, a branding or a brand film needs a few weeks of lead time, and the best time to shoot is spring, before the season starts. That's what our Season Opening 2027 package is for: one shoot day before the opening, reels and photos for May and June, ads ready before the first guests book. We'll plan it with you over the winter.
What does a project cost?
It depends on the scope: after a free 20-minute call you get a fixed quote, with nothing to sign before that. The effort comes down mainly to shoot days, locations, formats and languages. Travel costs are listed separately in the quote unless they're already included.
What happens in the free call?
In 20 minutes we work out what you want to achieve, by when and what it takes. Afterwards you get a fixed quote. The call is free and commits you to nothing.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions per deliverable, for example per film or website, unless the quote says otherwise. One round means you collect your feedback on a version and we put it in. If it takes more, we tell you the cost beforehand.
How can we use the films and photos?
With no time or territory limit for your own advertising and communication, unless the quote says otherwise: on your website, your social channels including paid ads, in newsletters, presentations and at your own events. TV, cinema, outdoor, print ads, use by third parties and exclusive rights are agreed separately. Raw footage isn't part of the delivery.
Which languages do you work in?
On the call, in the briefing and on set we speak English, German and Spanish. Content and websites we deliver in any language your guests speak, with native speakers from our network.
