Frequently asked questions
How fast can you film a property?
In the next shooting block on the island, delivered seven working days after the shoot; a first clip for Instagram is quicker. Outside the shooting blocks we travel in specifically, and travel costs are listed separately in the quote unless it includes them.
Is drone footage allowed in Ibiza?
Depends on the address. The rules of the Spanish aviation authority AESA apply, plus protected zones for nature parks, the airport and stretches of coast. We check every address beforehand and obtain the necessary permits; where flying is not allowed we work with a mast and tripod.
In which languages do you deliver?
In any language, as subtitles or voice-over. Most properties in Ibiza get English and German, because that is where the buyers come from.
Who speaks in the house tour?
Ideally the agent: a presenter-led tour, as for Alexander Panzer Immobilien, goes from the driveway through every floor to the garden and builds trust before anyone travels. If you'd rather stay off camera, you get a voice-over or a calm walkthrough with on-screen text.
What do you need from the agent?
Access at the right time of day, a tidy and, where needed, staged property, the key facts for on-screen text, and the owners' consent to filming and publication.
Which formats do we get?
The film in 16:9 for website and YouTube and in 9:16 for reels and stories, photos in the portals' sizes and in full resolution for brochures and print.
Can we use the film and photos on Idealista and other portals?
Yes, we write the portals explicitly into the quote. Without a special agreement you have a non-exclusive right of use, unlimited in time and territory, for your own advertising: website, social media including paid ads, newsletters, presentations. Passing material to owners or partner agents and print ads are also settled in the quote.
How many revisions does a property film include?
Two rounds of revisions per deliverable, for the film and for the photo selection, unless the quote says otherwise. You check prices, floor areas and on-screen text before the final export, so no film has to be redone over a number.
