Do you come to Mallorca for shoots?
Yes, we come to the island for shoots and meetings. Palma is less than an hour's flight from our studio in Barcelona; we plan the days on site around your project, and everything else runs by call. Travel costs are listed separately in the quote unless they're already included.
Do you also work in Menorca?
Yes, we come to Menorca for shoots too. The island is quieter and closer to nature than Mallorca, and that's exactly what the content has to show. We plan the shoot days around your project, as in Mallorca.
Many of our guests come from Germany. Are you a fit?
That's exactly what we're for. We're a German-run studio in Barcelona and know how German guests search, compare and book. We deliver content and ads in every other language your guests speak just as well.
When should we start?
Ideally in autumn or winter. A new website, a branding or a brand film needs a few weeks of lead time, and the best time to shoot is spring, before the golf and summer seasons start. For golf and hotels that can mean a shoot in March, then content and ads for Germany, the UK and Spain, live before Easter.
Do you only make films, or marketing and websites too?
Marketing and websites too: film and photo, social media, ads, branding and websites, with one point of contact for everything. For Vanilla Beach in Ibiza, the brand film, the website and social media all come from us.
What does a project cost?
It depends on the scope: after a free 20-minute call you get a fixed quote, with nothing to sign before that. The effort comes down mainly to shoot days, locations, formats and languages.
What happens in the free call?
In 20 minutes we work out what you want to achieve, by when and what it takes. Afterwards you get a fixed quote. The call is free and commits you to nothing.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions per deliverable, for example per film or website, unless the quote says otherwise. One round means you collect your feedback on a version and we put it in. If it takes more, we tell you the cost beforehand.
How can we use the films and photos?
With no time or territory limit for your own advertising and communication, unless the quote says otherwise: on your website, your social channels including paid ads, in newsletters, presentations and at your own events. TV, cinema, outdoor, print ads, use by third parties and exclusive rights are agreed separately. Raw footage isn't part of the delivery.
