Which platforms do you manage?
The ones your guests and customers use: for beach clubs, hotels and restaurants usually Instagram and TikTok, for brands often LinkedIn and YouTube too. We recommend the mix based on your goals instead of being everywhere at once.
How much content do we get per month?
Packages typically range from eight to thirty assets per month, mixed across video, photo and design. We size the package to your goals and budget in the first call.
Do you also handle comments and messages?
On request, yes. Community management can be part of the package, with agreed response guidelines so answers always sound like your brand.
Who shoots the content if we're in Ibiza?
We do. We're in Ibiza regularly during the season, several times for regular clients, and plan each shoot day to deliver material for the weeks ahead. We come to Mallorca and Menorca for shoot days; travel costs are billed separately unless the quote includes them.
How long do we commit for?
For the minimum term stated in the quote. After that the service can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of a month, and without a minimum term from the start.
