A team that knows the place.
Coming to Spain from abroad for a shoot, you need people who are already there. We live in Barcelona and have been shooting in Ibiza and the Balearics since 2023.
Locations we know
Beach clubs, hotels, restaurants, golf courses and the city: we've shot there and know when the light is right and when there are too many people around.
Rules we know
Beaches, natural parks and drones come with their own rules and lead times. For Ibiza we've written them down in a guide with official sources.
No interpreter needed
With your agency in English or German, with the location, hotel and authorities in Spanish. Nothing gets lost between two languages.
And we travel
If your brand shoots elsewhere, we come along, with travel costs shown openly in the quote. And some things need no trip at all: for the Chamelo commercial we generated every frame with AI.

For a production from abroad, preparation is what counts. This is how we take you from the first call to delivery.

In 20 minutes we work out the idea, location, dates and formats, free of charge and in your language.

Concept & fixed quote
Shooting plan, locations and a fixed quote with travel costs shown openly. You sign nothing before that.

Prep on the ground
We sort out locations, times and light on the ground and bring in people from our network when the shoot gets bigger.

Shoot & delivery
We shoot when the light is right. You give feedback by link with two rounds of revisions built in, and you get every format for every market.
We're coming from abroad to shoot in Ibiza. Can you help?
Yes, that's exactly what we're here for. We're in Ibiza regularly during the season, know the beach clubs, hotels and locations, and know the rules for beaches, natural parks and drones. The same goes for Barcelona and the Balearics; our studio is in Barcelona.
Do you work outside Spain too?
Yes, for shoots we travel wherever your brand wants to film, in Germany, across Europe and beyond. Travel costs are listed separately in the quote unless they're already included. Some things work without a trip: for the Chamelo Eyewear commercial we generated every frame with AI.
Can you work alongside our agency?
Yes. Your agency brings the concept and the client relationship, we take on the shoot on the ground, and the edit and social formats too if you like. We coordinate in English, German or Spanish, with one point of contact on our side.
Which languages do you deliver in?
On calls and on set we speak English, Spanish and German. Copy, subtitles, voice-over and ads we deliver in any language, with native speakers from our network. We build multilingual websites too; the Vanilla Beach Ibiza site, for example, runs in five languages.
Can we use the films in every country?
Yes, for your own advertising and communication with no time or territory limit, unless the quote says otherwise: on your website, your social channels including paid ads, in newsletters, presentations and at your own trade fairs and events. TV, cinema, outdoor, print ads, use by third parties and exclusive rights are agreed separately. Raw footage isn't part of the delivery.
What does a production cost?
It depends on the scope: after a free 20-minute call you get a fixed quote, with nothing to sign before that. The effort comes down mainly to shoot days, locations, crew, formats and languages. Travel costs are listed separately in the quote unless they're already included.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions per deliverable, for example per film or website, unless the quote says otherwise. One round means you collect your feedback on a version and we put it in. If it takes more, we tell you the cost beforehand.
