We set the scope and fixed price in a free 20-minute call, to fit your business. We plan the shoot days before Easter and before the April openings over the winter, because we fly to the island for them.

Frequently asked questions
How many photos does a hotel get?
As many as the shot list sets: before the shoot we define, per room category and area, the shots your website and platforms need, and we make the selection together before editing. For Migjorn it was four areas: suites, spa, restaurant and pool.
Do you photograph holiday villas too?
Yes: interior and exterior, with drone where the address allows it, plus a 60 to 90 second walkthrough that works on rental platforms and Instagram alike.
When is the best time for a hotel production?
May and October: the house is in shape, the light is soft, and there are free rooms to photograph. Renovations and new rooms we shoot before the spring opening; the best time to book is October to December, when next year's budgets are set.
What rights do we have to the photos and film?
Without a special agreement, a non-exclusive right of use, unlimited in time and territory, for your own advertising and communication: website, your own social channels including paid ads, newsletters, presentations, your own trade fairs and events. Booking platforms such as Booking and passing material to press or tour operators are written explicitly into the quote; people in the pictures sign releases.
Can you show the team too, for recruiting?
Yes, and we recommend it: portraits and short clips of the team are shot on the same day and are needed in winter for finding seasonal staff.
Do you work with our revenue or marketing team?
Yes. The shot list is made with the people who know which categories are hard to sell and which platforms demand which formats. Then we deliver exactly those formats.
Do you also come to Formentera, Mallorca or Menorca?
Yes. Formentera is a ferry ride from Ibiza, and we come to Mallorca and Menorca for shoots, as we did for Club de Golf Alcanada in Port d'Alcúdia. We charge travel separately unless the quote already includes it.
What if we don't like the editing?
Then we revise it: two rounds of revisions per deliverable are included, for the film as well as the photo selection, unless the quote says otherwise. We set the look beforehand with a few reference images, so it rarely comes to that.
