Frequently asked questions
Do you mainly work with German-speaking businesses in Barcelona?
With both: for German, Austrian and Swiss businesses in the city we're the partner who speaks their language and knows the Spanish market. For local restaurants and shops we work in Spanish and English, with the same people.
Can you deliver in Catalan too?
Yes. Catalan captions and subtitles are written by native speakers from our network, like any other language your audience needs.
How quickly can you shoot?
In Barcelona often within a week, because no travel is needed. For brand films and campaigns we plan two to four weeks of lead time.
Do you shoot outside the city too, in Castelldefels, Gavà or Sitges?
Yes. We shot a brand film for the beach restaurant Catalina in Gavà Mar, and Castelldefels and Sitges are on the same coast. Trips outside the city are listed separately in the quote if it doesn't already include them.
Is a brand film worth it for a single shop?
Yes, if it stays short: 30 to 60 seconds for Instagram, website and the Google Business Profile, where hardly any shop has a video. In half a minute it shows who you are and what it looks like inside.
What rights do we have to photos and films?
Your own advertising and communication is covered without a special agreement, as a non-exclusive right with no limit in time or territory: Google Business Profile, website, your own social channels including paid ads, newsletters, presentations. Delivery platforms, suppliers, print ads and posters go into the quote; raw footage is not part of the delivery.
Do you run ads for reservations or the shop too?
Yes, Meta and Google campaigns with a reservation link or shop tracking, in Spanish and English for the city and in German for visitors planning their trip.
How many revisions are included?
Every deliverable includes two rounds of revisions, unless the quote states otherwise. Because we're in the same city, bigger changes can also be settled at your place instead of by email.
